Growing Pains II Linocut Print

Part of an ongoing body of work with tooth imagery that I always find myself revisiting.
Now, it could just be the terrible experiences at the dentist when I was younger, but there’s something so uncomfortable, fascinating, and somehow a little nostalgic to me about teeth. They tie in so well with that combination of morbid curiosity and sentimentality that I often come back to in my art practice.
It’s a little dark, and a little sweet. A small memento of growing up.

This edition of prints is limited to 9. They are printed on 120mm x 120mm white cotton paper.
Each print is signed, dated, and numbered.

All of my linocuts are printed by hand, and the nature of hand made items means that there may be very minor variations between each print. I think It’s part of the charm! If there are several of a print available, the one you get may not be the exact piece from the photos, but rest assured that the one you receive is made and packed with equal love and care.
