Shipping/Delivery

Standard shipping is currently offered to New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. I’m more than happy to get a quote for anyone wanting to purchase from outside of these places!  

All packages are sent out with economy tracked shipping. The regular letter mail option is no longer offered in order to reduce the chances of your packages getting damaged or lost.

Packages are shipped using NZ Post, and sent out 1-2 times per week, so please allow for a few days between purchasing and receiving a shipping notification.

New Zealand

• Usually takes 1 - 3 working days once dispatched. May take longer depending on any postal service delays/disruptions

Australia

• Tracking included.

• Usually takes 3-10 working days once dispatched. May take longer depending on any postal service delays/disruptions, or if your parcel gets held up in customs.

• Tracking included.
• Usually takes 5 - 15 working days once dispatched. May take longer depending on any postal service delays/disruptions, or if your parcel gets held up in customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please allow some extra time outside of usual delivery time frames for your package to arrive. 

If you’re worried that your tracked package has gone missing in transit, you can get in touch with the postal carrier, or contact me and I’ll do what I can to investigate on my end. 

At the end of the day, what happens after I send out packages is out of my control. I will always do everything I can to try and find out what happened in the event that a package doesn’t show up. However, I will not be sending out replacements or issuing a refund if this happens. Unfortunately it just isn’t feasible for a very small business with handmade and one of a kind products.
